Over the years, I have written many stories. Some short, some long. Some with little effort, some with a lot. On nights I can’t sleep, I write. Bored? Write. Avoiding some task? Write. Just feel like writing? Write. Want to read a story? Write and make one.
I never had any published. I simply never bothered. I wrote for me, when words came to me. I had no interest in publishing anything.
The only time I came close was a website on which I dropped a few. People could read them. Whatever, I did not care. That was many many years ago. I wrote many before those, and lost them all. Worst case was having one I worked months on that was over 150 pages. The computer hard drive decided to go for a literal smoke. Backups matter. I had none,
It’s time to dump what I have written. This is the place. Most of the stories are short. Many of them are set in the same context comprising a long story arc with a lot of fully defined context and back story. Some of them are aligned along a common theme but are not, or only loosely, related. I will gather them into categories as they apply.
I will also review and clean up the stories before tossing them here. If I am going to park them in front of your eyes, no sense blinding you with so many typos it hurts to read.
